Team Management
Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple team members sharing a single VOCALS tenant.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings and scroll to the Team section
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select a role (Member or Admin)
- Click Send Invite
The invitee will receive a link. If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to sign up first, then automatically join your team.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can manage billing, team members, and all resources. |
| Admin | Can manage agents, providers, and view analytics. Cannot manage billing or remove the owner. |
| Member | Can view agents, calls, and analytics. Limited configuration access. |
Member Limits
Team member limits depend on your plan:
- Free / Starter: 1 member (owner only)
- Pro: Up to 5 members
- Enterprise: Unlimited members
Upgrade your plan on the Billing page to add more team members.
Managing Members
From the Team section in Settings, you can:
- View all current members with their roles and join dates
- Remove members (owner only)
- View pending invitations
