Team Management

Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple team members sharing a single VOCALS tenant.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Settings and scroll to the Team section
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Select a role (Member or Admin)
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee will receive a link. If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to sign up first, then automatically join your team.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can manage billing, team members, and all resources.
AdminCan manage agents, providers, and view analytics. Cannot manage billing or remove the owner.
MemberCan view agents, calls, and analytics. Limited configuration access.

Member Limits

Team member limits depend on your plan:

  • Free / Starter: 1 member (owner only)
  • Pro: Up to 5 members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited members

Upgrade your plan on the Billing page to add more team members.

Managing Members

From the Team section in Settings, you can:

  • View all current members with their roles and join dates
  • Remove members (owner only)
  • View pending invitations
